Enraged Tiger Painting

A snarling tiger breaks through a pane of glass in this wide canvas. Its face comes straight at the viewer, brow furrowed over amber eyes, lips drawn back from long white fangs, while shards of glass and glowing orange sparks scatter across a near black background.

A wide format built around one face

The canvas is twice as wide as it is tall, so the tiger sits at the center with room on both sides for the flying glass. The dark ground makes the orange and white of the fur stand out, and in a living room the print reads from across the space, above a sofa or a long sideboard. Our article on the place of the tiger in art traces how painters have shown the big cat, and more prints wait in our tiger canvas collection.

Sizes and canvas

The image is printed directly onto a canvas of cotton and linen. Six sizes are offered, all in the same long format: 20x40cm, 30x60cm, 40x80cm, 50x100cm, 60x120cm and 70x140cm. The canvas comes without a frame. The canva painting size chart shows how each size looks on a wall.
