The whole mug is a tiger's head. Amber eyes look out from under a brow of black stripes, a bright red nose sits above a white muzzle dotted with black whisker spots, and two rounded ears rise from the rim. At one side, the tiger's own orange and black striped tail curls around to form the handle.
A sculpted head with a tail for a handle
Every feature is modeled in relief, from the folds around the eyes to the ruff of white fur on the cheeks, then painted and finished with a glossy glaze. The handle is the playful touch: holding the mug means holding the tiger by its tail. The head shape looks good on an open shelf or a desk between coffee breaks. Size and capacity
The mug stands about 3.5 inches tall and holds about 400ml. The inside is plain white, and the opening sits on top of the head between the two ears.
