White Tiger Mother & Cub Painting

A white tigress lies at rest on this canvas, front paws stretched out on the ground and pale blue eyes looking straight ahead, while her cub steps up beside her with one small paw touching hers. Both coats are painted in soft white with charcoal stripes and a touch of pink on the noses and inside the ears, set against a plain white background that lets the pair stand out.

A mother and cub in a painted style

The image has the look of a watercolor study, with loose brushwork in the fur and a light gray shadow under the two bodies instead of a full scene around them. That bright, open background makes the canvas easy to place in a nursery, a bedroom or on a pale living room wall. White tigers are tigers born with a rare pale coat, and artists have long been drawn to them, as our look at the place of the tiger in art shows. More designs hang in our tiger canvas collection.
