Antique Tiger Eye Ring - S925 Silver

Rows of tiny black stones cover the shoulders of this ring like fine chain mail, and at their center sits an oval of golden tiger eye, polished into a smooth dome and banded in honey, amber and dark brown. A circle of small silver beads frames the stone, and a band of openwork scrolls runs across each shoulder, between the rows of black stones.

A ring inspired by the jewels of sultans

The design draws on the large stone rings associated with the sultans' courts: a high oval stone, a beaded frame and metal darkened in its recesses so that every bead and scroll stands out in bright silver. The black stones add texture without taking the eye away from the tiger eye, whose stripes catch a moving line of light as the hand turns. Silver, stone and sizes
