Chinese Tiger Wall Art

Paint runs from every stripe of the white tiger on this wall hanging. Thin yellow streaks rise from the top of its head like a crown, lines of red, orange, purple and blue trace the markings across the brow and cheeks, and the open mouth shows long fangs. Below the chin, the colors pour down in black and violet drips that spread across the bottom of the cloth into flowing black lines.

The plain white ground leaves the whole stage to the face, so the colors stand out and the room stays bright. The style is closer to a modern ink and watercolor illustration than to a classic Chinese scroll, which suits a bedroom, a studio or a creative workspace. Other painted and photographic designs hang in our tiger tapestry collection.

Sizes and care

Four sizes are offered: 150x100cm, 150x130cm, 150x200cm and 180x230cm. The tapestry is made of 100% polyester with the design printed directly onto the fabric, and its light weight makes it easy to hang. Hand washing keeps the colors at their best.
