A snarling tiger head hangs from this keychain, cut from metal in an openwork design. The lips draw back over the fangs, the brows knit above narrowed eyes, and the stripes are picked out in a dark fill that makes the face stand out against the pale metal. Spaces cut between the stripes let light through the head.
An antique finish
The flat split ring and the short curb chain wear an aged bronze tone and the pendant a paler antique finish, which gives the piece a vintage, slightly worn look. The head is turned three-quarters toward the viewer, so the profile of the ruff and the ears reads clearly even at this small size. It adds a fierce note to a set of keys or a bag.
