Flower & Tiger Temporary Tattoo

Red roses bloom across the face of this tiger, one on each ear, a cluster on the brow and a full blossom over the bridge of the nose. Green leaves curl between them, and the striped fur around the amber eyes is washed with lime green, yellow and turquoise. Below the chin, the colors loosen into thin drips flecked with small red dots.

Roses and stripes

The design pairs the strength of the tiger with the softness of flowers, a contrast found in many tattoo traditions. The roses are painted in a deep, saturated red, so they catch the eye first, and the black stripes then lead it back to the calm, level gaze. At 14.8x21 cm, the size of an A5 sheet, the tattoo covers a good part of a forearm, a thigh or a shoulder blade. It goes on with a damp sponge. Its ingredients include acrylates copolymer, propylene glycol, soybean and linseed oils and color pigments.
