Golden Tiger Figurine

A tiger walks forward with its head turned toward the viewer on this hand-painted figurine. Its coat is a glossy orange with black stripes, the chest, legs and paws are cream, and the face has a pink nose and wide dark eyes. Along its back lies a raised golden panel, edged with a gold rim and studded with small clear and amber-colored stones that catch the light like a jeweled saddle cloth.

Color and sparkle on one piece

The contrast between the painted fur and the gilded back is what sets this tiger apart. The stripes are drawn by hand across the flanks and down the long tail, which ends in a black tip, while the gold rim of the back panel ends at the rear in what looks like a small hinge.
