Orange Tiger Cushion Cover

A tiger stands upright with its back turned on this cushion cover, then glances over its shoulder with a toothy grin. It is drawn in flat, playful shapes, its orange coat striped in pink and traced with a few deep purple lines, inside a teal panel that runs down the middle of a bright orange-red cover. Pink rays burst out around it, and the word PURRR climbs in pink letters beside its curled tail.

A tiger that purrs instead of roaring

The style recalls a screen-printed poster: only a few colors, strong contrast and a sense of humor. The orange, teal and pink palette warms up a gray sofa or a white bedspread, and the cheeky pose gives the piece a light, graphic feel rather than a wild one. Real tigers greet each other with a soft puffing sound called chuffing, and their coats are never pink; our article what color is the tiger covers the true shades. More prints wait in our tiger cushion cover collection.

Size and fabric

The cover measures 45x45cm and is made of a linen and cotton blend, with the weave visible through the print. It is a cover only, made to fit a cushion of the same size.
