Psychedelic Tiger Painting

Purple, pink, lime green and sky blue run through the fur of this tiger face, painted in jagged, flame-like strokes on a deep violet background. The eyes do not match, one blue and one green, and they look straight out above a broad purple nose with a soft peach tip and a tuft of white fur at the chin.

A tiger in pop art colors

The black stripes are kept, but everything around them has been recolored in bright, almost neon shades, in the spirit of psychedelic poster art. The tall portrait format and the dark violet surrounding the head make those colors stand out, which suits a teenager's bedroom, a studio or any wall that needs a burst of color. Painters have reinvented the tiger many times, as our look at the place of the tiger in art shows, and more designs fill our tiger canvas collection.
