Sterling Silver Tiger Eye Ring

An oval of golden brown tiger eye sits in a smooth silver bezel on this ring, edged by a twisted rope border, and a soft band of light glides across its polished dome. The shoulders are carved with scrolling heart-shaped filigree, blackened in the recesses so that each silver line stands out.

The darkened scrolls give the ring a vintage, hand-worked feel, and the rope edge around the stone repeats it on a smaller scale. Next to the claw and animal-head designs in our tiger ring collection, this one keeps to a quieter shape: a medium oval stone, no animal motif, and silver from the bezel to the band. Tiger eye takes its name from the moving band of light that recalls the eye of a cat.

Silver, fit and video

The ring is made of S925 sterling silver, stamped S925 inside the band, and weighs about 15g. The band is open at the back, so this one size adjusts by hand to fit the finger. The ring size chart explains how to measure a finger at home, and the video below shows the ring.
