Modern Art Tiger Painting

Neon pink, orange, yellow, green and violet run down the body of this tiger as it stretches its neck toward the top of the canvas and roars, mouth wide open on a pink tongue. The colors are thrown on in splashes, drips and loose scribbled lines, and only a single blue eye and the white muzzle hold on to the shape of a real tiger against the pure black background.

Pop art splashes on black

The paint seems to explode outward from the fur, with fine white droplets and tangled lines scattered around the head and the chest. Black makes every color glow, so the canvas becomes the bright point of a white room, an entrance or a long hallway wall. Modern artists keep finding new ways to paint the animal, as our look at the place of the tiger in art shows, and our tiger canvas collection holds more of them.

Sizes and canvas

Five sizes are offered: 30x35cm, 40x50cm, 50x60cm, 60x75cm and 70x85cm. The painting is sold as the canvas alone, without a frame. A small line of artist credit text is printed along the bottom edge of the image, as the photos show. The image is printed in HD directly onto a cotton and linen canvas, and the canvas size chart compares each format.
