A crescent moon of tiger eye hangs from this long beaded necklace, its golden brown bands shifting from honey to deep chocolate. Across the face of the moon, fine silver-tone wire is twisted into a tree of life, with roots spreading at the base and branches curling toward the tips of the crescent.
Tiger eye beads and the chakra colors
The necklace is strung with round tiger eye beads separated by small silver-tone spacers. Near the pendant, a short section of beads runs in pairs from violet and deep blue through light blue and green, then a pair of tiger eye, to peach and red, a sequence that follows the colors the chakra tradition links to the energy centers of the body. The crescent pendant measures 37x30x12mm and the beads are 6mm across. The whole necklace weighs 45g. The bands of the stone vary from piece to piece, so each moon looks slightly different.
