A tiger with amber eyes and a calm, heavy-lidded gaze is painted on this patch, its face framed by a thick ruff of cream, brown and black fur. Long white whiskers spread from a soft pink nose, and touches of deep red warm the fur on the forehead. The expression is quiet and steady rather than fierce.
A painted portrait in two sizes
The design is printed, so the brushwork in the fur and the fine whiskers stay soft and lifelike. The smaller 6x7cm version fits a cap, a pocket or a sleeve. The larger 15x16cm version suits the back of a jacket, and the second photo shows the design on a denim jacket, where the head sits between the shoulder blades. Our tiger patch collection adds embroidered and cartoon tigers to the choice.
Sizes and application
Two sizes are offered: 6x7cm and 15x16cm. The patch is fixed to clothing with an iron, and one ironing is enough to hold it.
