A small big cat head sits at the earlobe on each of these earrings, cast in gold-tone metal with a pebbled, dotted texture, narrow eyes, rounded ears and a short muzzle. A thin, smooth hoop passes behind its chin and hangs in a wide circle below, so the head looks as if it holds the ring.

The contrast makes the design: a detailed, grainy head above a plain polished circle. Worn, the head rests flat against the lobe while the hoop swings freely along the jaw, an easy piece with a dark top or with hair pulled back. The earrings are made of zinc alloy with a gold-tone finish, offered in the color Golden. Each measures 40x50mm, and the listed weight is 14g. They fasten with a post and back behind the cat head.
