White Tiger with Blue Eyes Painting

Two ice-blue eyes are the only color in this tiger portrait. Everything else is shades of gray, from the pale fur of the face to the black stripes that run across the forehead and down the cheeks, and the tiger looks straight ahead with its head lowered, as if stepping toward the room.

Black, white and blue

The picture is divided into five vertical panels. The tallest, at the center, holds the forehead, the muzzle and one blue eye; the two beside it carry the ears, the cheeks and the other eye; on the right, the outer panel shows the striped shoulder and flank, while the left one stays almost black. The monochrome palette fits a dark sofa as easily as a bright one. A white tiger owes its pale coat and blue eyes to a rare gene found in some Bengal tigers. Other portraits and scenes wait in our tiger canvas collection.

Sizes, frame and canvas

Three sizes are offered, Medium, Large and XL, and the canvas size chart sets out the measurements of each size. Every size comes as No Frame, the canvas only, or Framed, with the panels on wooden frames. The image is printed on a cotton and linen canvas.
