Yin and Yang Sticker
$22.90 USD - $44.90 USD
🚚 Estimated delivery: 1 November - 5 November
A striped tiger and a scaled dragon wind around each other inside a large circle on this wall sticker, set in the two curved halves of the yin and yang symbol. The tiger, drawn in pale lines, crouches across the black half with its tail curled in rings, while the dragon, drawn in black, coils through the light half with spines along its back and claws outstretched.
Tiger and dragon in balance
In Chinese tradition the tiger and the dragon are often paired as opposing forces, the tiger linked to the west and the dragon to the east, and the yin and yang circle shows the two held in balance. The pairing is a classic subject in Asian art, as our article on the place of the tiger in art explores. Other designs are gathered in our tiger wall stickers collection.
Sizes and application
The sticker comes in three sizes: 57x57cm, 80x80cm and 100x100cm. It is a single cut-out in black, so only the lines and shapes go on the wall, and the light parts of the design are the wall color showing through. It is fixed with acrylic glue and can be removed.
