Child Tiger Cushion Cover

Crouched low with its tail curled high in the air, the cartoon tiger on this cushion cover opens a wide red mouth full of pointed white teeth. Above it, the word Animal is written in black brush lettering under faded A, B and C letters, and TIGER sits in a pale blue stamp beside the tail.

An alphabet tiger for a child's room

The drawing has the playful look of a picture book page, with an orange body, black stripes, sharp little claws and two leaf sprigs framing the title. The grin is more comic than fierce, which suits a nursery, a reading nook or a child's bed. In feng shui tradition the tiger is seen as a guardian figure, a belief our article on the place of the tiger in feng shui describes. Other designs wait in our tiger cushion cover collection.

Size and fabric

The cover measures 45x45cm and is made of a linen and cotton blend in a natural beige tone, with the weave visible behind the print. It slips over an insert of the same size.
