Circus Tiger Pendant

A tiger roars inside a small round cabochon on this necklace, its face painted in the bold style of an old poster: orange and white fur, wide staring eyes and a red open mouth, set against a yellow and dark blue backdrop. The picture hangs inside a crescent moon cut with open swirls.

A painted tiger in a crescent moon

The cabochon swings free within the curve of the moon, both hung from the same bail, so the picture moves a little with each step. The crescent is openwork, with scrolls and curls cut through the metal, and its silver tone sets off the warm colors of the painting.
