Fearsome Tiger Watch (Wood)

A roaring tiger head is engraved into the bamboo dial of this watch, mouth open and fangs bared, its fur drawn in fine engraved lines that follow the grain of the wood. Slim black hands sweep over it, and a ring of short engraved marks stands in for numbers around the edge.

A tiger carved in wood

The case is cut from bamboo in a wide, faceted shape, and a thin black ring separates it from the dial, which frames the tiger like a picture. The tiger turns its head to the right, toward the silver-tone crown. A brown leather strap with double stitching completes the warm natural palette, fastened by a silver-tone buckle with two leather keepers. Size and materials

The case measures 44mm in diameter and 12mm thick, and the strap measures 2.4 x 24.5 cm in width and length. The watch runs on a quartz movement and has a bamboo wood case and a leather strap. It comes in one size.
