A small polished sphere of tiger eye hangs from a plain silver bail on this necklace. Bands of gold and honey brown wrap around the dark brown stone like rings around a planet, and they shimmer as the ball turns on its chain.
A single round bead of tiger eye
The design keeps to one simple shape: a smooth round ball with no facets and no metal setting around it, joined to the bail by a small silver loop. The fine box chain lets the stone swing freely at the neckline. Tiger eye is traditionally linked to courage and protection in crystal lore, and its name ties it to people born in a Year of the Tiger, listed in our guide to the tiger in the Chinese zodiac. Silver and size
The bail and the box chain are 925 sterling silver, and the chain closes with a spring ring clasp. The chain measures 60cm, the pendant measures 18mm from the top of the bail to the base of the bead.
