A roaring tiger head forms the whole buckle of this belt, cast in relief with the jaws wide open on long curved fangs and a thick ruff of fur sweeping back from the cheeks. The metal has a brushed antique gold finish that darkens in the recesses and brightens on the raised fur.
A sculpted buckle on an embossed strap
The head is shown in profile and spreads well beyond the width of the strap, so it reads as a small sculpture at the waist. The black strap is embossed with a crocodile-skin pattern of raised scales and finished with saddle stitching along its edges. Other buckles and straps are gathered in our tiger belt collection.
Materials and sizes
The strap is black buffalo leather. The buckle measures 8 x 6cm in width and height, and the belt is 3.8cm wide. Five sizes are offered by waist size in inches: 38-39, 40-41, 42-43, 44-45 and 46-47, and the chart above gives the belt length that matches each one.
