Drawn like an old engraving, a roaring tiger head stares straight out from a deep green cover, mouth wide open on white fangs and a dark red throat. Fine hatched lines shade the orange fur, the black stripes and the cream ruff that circles the face, and its yellow eyes sit under heavy striped brows.
An engraved tiger head on plain green
The head is printed alone in the center of the square, with wide margins of solid green around it, which lets the line work stand out. The look sits between a vintage book illustration and tattoo flash, and the green brings out the orange of the coat.
