Tiger Cat Phone Case

A small tabby kitten stands at the edge of a puddle on this phone case, and the reflection looking back at it is a white tiger. The kitten, gray with dark stripes and a curious face, takes up the top half of the picture. Below it, upside down in the still water, the tiger repeats the same pose on a much bigger scale, with white fur, black stripes and a broad head.

The kitten and its reflection

The idea is simple and playful: a house cat sees the wild cousin inside itself. The two animals do share a family, since domestic cats and tigers both belong to the cat family, and the striped coat of the tabby echoes the stripes of the reflection. The muted grays of the floor and the water keep the attention on the two cats. White tigers are among the coats featured in our article on the most beautiful tigers in the world.
