Cute Tiger Canvas Painting

A tiger cub lies with its two front paws stretched forward, looking straight out with wide blue-gray eyes and a small pink nose. It is painted in a loose watercolor style, with warm orange fur, crisp black stripes and soft splashes of gray, blue and green around it on a white ground.

Because the background is mostly white, with only a few drips and washes of color, the cub seems to step out of the canvas toward the room. The gentle expression and light palette make the painting a natural choice for a nursery, a child's bedroom or a bright living room. Our selection of the top 10 tiger paintings shows other ways artists have pictured the animal, and more designs hang in our tiger canvas collection.
