Mercenary Tiger Temporary Tattoo

Three blue butterflies settle on the head of an ornate tiger in this design, one on its brow and two along the sides of its face. The eyes are ringed in bright blue, a jeweled pattern crowns the forehead, and the jaws open just enough to show small fangs.

A blade, a jungle and a crest

A curved sword blade streaked with red cuts across the right side of the face, its drips running down toward the jaw, which gives the piece its mercenary name. Below the head the drawing opens onto a dark jungle of ferns and leaves, then closes in a shield-shaped crest edged with a laurel wreath. Most of the work is black linework, with color saved for the eyes, the butterflies, the nose, the open mouth, the red of the blade and the blue rim of the crest, and its tall, narrow shape follows the length of an arm or a calf. Size and application

The design comes on a sheet of 14.8x21 cm and is applied with a moistened sponge. The listed ingredients include an acrylates copolymer, propylene glycol, petrolatum, linseed and soybean oils, mineral oil and color pigments such as iron oxides and titanium dioxide.
